Our bodies feel rejuvenated when we focus lovingly on its well-being, and nothing brings about a swell of positive emotions like a good, full-bodied stretch.
YOUR ACTIVITY TODAY IS TO TAKE AT LEAST 15 MINUTES FROM YOUR DAY AND PURPOSEFULLY STRETCH.
Maybe begin your day this way, or close it. Take a break from your work to reconnect with yourself and give those muscles and bones a gentle release. While you stretch, pay attention to how your body responds, notice tight spots or what stretches feel best. Capture the moment however you feel best represents—it can be a photo or a video, a poem, or simply complete the sentence with a graphic made from your newly beloved, PicMonkey:
